FLOW-THROUGH SHELVING

 0,00

Continuous roller racks are characterised by roller conveyors placed at an incline, over which pallets are transported. The pallets are placed on the roller conveyor on the entry side and transported to the other end of the rack using gravity. Here, the speed of the pallet is controlled by brake rollers. At the exit side of the roller conveyor, the pallets are ready to be removed.

- Perfect goods flow (FIFO system: the pallet stacked first is also removed first).
- Time savings in pallet handling.
- Separation of IN and OUT movements eliminates traffic disruption.
- Provides the ability to permanently track and control stock, while minimising the risk of downtime.
- Excellent control of stored products.

Standards and regulations:
In all racking structures, high demands are placed on operational safety. However, especially in manually operated warehouses, human failure during pallet handling is not inconceivable. That is why construction principles are defined for each specific situation and racking type and tested against (inter)national guidelines and regulations in this area.

We offer our customers a periodic inspection and maintenance schedule in contract form with recommendations and guidelines for safe operation of the plant.
