What is a narrow-aisle truck?

A narrow-aisle truck is an advanced lift truck that operates in narrow warehouse aisles and can pick up or put away pallets to great heights. These trucks often operate on rails or with inductive guidance, and have a pivoting fork unit or telescopic forks that allow them to lift and position without turning themselves.

There are two main types:
