Stacker

stacker is the compact and efficient solution for moving and stacking pallets in smaller warehouses, stores and production areas. At Webo Forklifts you will find both electric as manual stackers from top brands, suitable for a variety of applications.
Whether you want to move pallets occasionally or work intensively on multiple floors every day, we offer stackers that fit your work environment, budget and needs.
Thanks to their compact construction and maneuverability, stackers are ideal for locations where forklifts are too large, but still need to lift safely and efficiently.

What is a stacker?

A stacker truck is an internal transport device specially designed to lift, move and stack pallets at different heights. Whereas a pallet truck can only move horizontally, a stacker can also work vertically, making it versatile in storage and production areas.
Stacker trucks are often used in narrow aisles or between racks, where large forklifts cannot fit. They are available in manual, semi-electric and all-electric versions.

  • Versatile in use: Suitable for loading, unloading, internal transport as well as stacking pallets up to several meters high.
  • Ergonomic and user-friendly: Electric models require minimal physical exertion, reducing employee strain.

Custom solutions: stackers fully customized

No warehouse is the same, which is why we supply stackers that are completely tailored to your situation. Think about:

  • Special fork dimensions: For non-standard pallets or specific loads.
  • Customized battery solutions: From maintenance-free AGM batteries to high-performance lithium-ion systems.
  • Security options: Such as LED work lights, warning signals and camera systems.
  • Ergonomic adjustments: For extra comfort during prolonged use.

This ensures you have a stacker that fits seamlessly into your logistics process and meets all safety standards.

Typical applications of stackers

  • Pallet storage in small warehouses: A stacker can easily place pallets on multiple levels, significantly increasing your storage capacity.
  • Loading and unloading in stores or production areas: Ideal for provisioning as they easily fit through doorways and narrow paths.
  • Internal transport between production lines: Move raw materials or semi-finished products quickly and safely within the production area.
  • Inventory management in cold stores: Electric stackers are emission-free and operate smoothly in refrigerated environments.

Key specifications when choosing a stacker

  • Carrying capacity: Determine how much weight you need to move daily, usually between 1,000 and 2,000 kg.
  • Lifting height: Choose a model that can place pallets at the desired level, up to 5 meters high.
  • Operation type: Manual, semi-electric or fully electric, depending on frequency of use and load.
  • Battery Technology: Lead acid for low acquisition cost, or lithium ion for fast charging and longer life.
  • Wheel configuration: Depending on floor area and maneuvering space.

Safety and legislation

The same safety regulations apply when using stackers as with other lifting equipment:

  • CE marking required: For compliance with European safety standards.
  • Annual inspection: According to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Driver Training: Employees must be familiar with the safe operation of the stacker.
  • Good sightlines: Especially at high lift heights, good visibility is crucial for safety.
