Fully dust and waterproof, our products are available in AISI 304 and AISI 316 variants. Manufactured from 100% stainless steel, including the housing, bearings, shafts, cylinders and mast, we offer durability and reliability. The wheels are equipped with non-marking tires and a non-slip design, especially suitable for environments with greasy surfaces. Our products can be fully hosed down with a 100 Bar high-pressure sprayer, making cleaning and maintenance easy. Designed as standard for use in cold rooms down to -20°C, our products are suitable for a variety of environments and applications.

Stainless Steel Forklifts

All BADA stainless steel machines are built with 100% INOX AISI 304 or INOX AISI 316 and developed for environments where hygiene has a high priority when it comes to parts that are in direct contact with the goods such as meat, fish, and other foodstuffs.

All stainless steel machines are fully recyclable and 100% waterproof. They can be cleaned daily with a high-pressure cleaner.

Our complete stainless steel delivery program is built and certified according to European Standards, EN 1672-1:2014, EN 1672-2:2009 and ISO 14159 and in accordance with the HACCP guidelines.

Ideal for applications such as “Clean Room” certified according to FEDERAL standards 209 and ISO 14644-1. Ideal for hospitals, bio-industry, bio-technology, pharmaceutical industry, petrochemical and aviation industry.

When stainless steel?

Stainless steel is highly corrosion and temperature resistant. The composition of the material makes it difficult for bacteria and dirt to adhere to the surface. A standard coated truck can leave paint residue in the product or in the environment. Because stainless steel is inherently corrosion resistant, this ensures a hygienic truck that does not leave any dirt or paint particles in the product or the environment.

Equipped with NSF-H1 hydraulic food grade oil as standard.
